Merrill High School and the Merrill Area Chamber of Commerce are excited to partner in the Community Career Connections program. This program, run through the MHS FlexPeriod, connects local businesses, organizations and employers with students based on student career interest areas. Community members share with students the history of their company, their products and services, interesting facts about their company, etc. In addition, the employers discuss careers that are found in their organizations, advancement potential, qualifications needed by prospective employees and much more. Students even have the opportunity to job shadow with potential employers as a result of these presentations.
The Community Career Connections program is a wonderful opportunity for MHS students to learn more about the great career opportunities that exist right here in Merrill!
