Substitute Incentive

Guest Teachers, Substitute Assistants, and Substitute Secretaries are eligible to earn an additional stipend each semester based on their total number of non-long-term days worked, in addition to their daily wage. Stipends will be paid at the completion of the school year.

Sub incentive days are calculated based on full school days, with half days counted as half (two half days equal one full day). Substitutes are eligible for only one sub incentive per school year.

Substitute Pay Rates

Guest Teacher

• Short Term $140 full day / $70 half day

• Long Term $242 full day / $121 half day

*Long term substitute is a position that is taken for at least 20 consecutive days.

Substitute Assistant/Secretary

• $14.50 per hour
